This past summer we were fortunate to be selected to install an all fiberglass bridge for Mecklenburg County. This bridge, manufactured by Arete Structures came in at 125’ long, which to date is the longest bridge Arete has produced . These 100% reinforced fiberglass bridges are a great alternative if access and weight are a concern. This bridge rests on three poured in place concrete end bents. All three end bents are supported by steel piles that were installed by Span Builders prior to forming the concrete. This bridge turned out fantastic and is something we are proud to have been selected to install.
